বাংলাদেশের অন্তর্বর্তীকালীন সরকারের প্রধান উপদেষ্টা হিসেবে নিয়োগ পাওয়ায় নোবেল বিজয়ী ড. মুহাম্মদ ইউনূসকে আন্তরিক অভিনন্দন জানিয়েছেন মালয়েশিয়ার প্রধানমন্ত্রী আনোয়ার ইব্রাহিম।
আজ শুক্রবার নিজের ভেরিফায়েড ফেসবুক পোস্টে আনোয়ার ইব্রাহিম লিখেছেন, ‘তার (ড. ইউনূস) সুবিশাল অভিজ্ঞতা জাতিকে প্রজ্ঞা ও সততার সঙ্গে পরিচালিত করার প্রতিশ্রুতি দেয়।’

[I extend my heartiest congratulations to Nobel Laureate Dr Muhammad Yunus on his appointment as Chief Adviser of the interim government of Bangladesh. His vast experience promises to guide the nation with wisdom and integrity.
As a new dawn rises over Bangladesh, bringing forth a renewal driven by the vigour and vision of its youth, I am reminded of the immortal words of the great Bengali painter-poet-philosopher Rabindranath Tagore: “Where the mind is led forward by thee into ever-widening thought and action; Into that heaven of freedom, my father, let my country awake.”
At this pivotal moment in history, I wish the people of Bangladesh every success and the brightest of futures.]
তিনি বলেন, ‘বাংলাদেশে যেহেতু একটি নতুন দিনের উদয় হয়েছে, তরুণদের মধ্যে সৃষ্টি হয়েছে নবশক্তির, তখন আমি মহান বাঙালি চিত্রশিল্পী-কবি-দার্শনিক রবীন্দ্রনাথ ঠাকুরের অমর বাণী স্মরণ করিয়ে দিচ্ছি “যেখানে মনকে তোমার দ্বারা এগিয়ে নিয়ে যাওয়া হয়, চিন্তা ও কর্মের প্রশস্ততায়, সেই স্বাধীনতার স্বর্গে, আমার পিতা, আমার দেশ জাগ্রত হোক”।’
আনোয়ার ইব্রাহিম আরও লিখেন, ‘ইতিহাসের এই গুরুত্বপূর্ণ মুহূর্তে আমি বাংলাদেশের জনগণের পদে পদে সাফল্য এবং উজ্জ্বল ভবিষ্যৎ কামনা করছি।
